But his anesthesia specialist Dr. Nivedita was a psycho,she needs a psychologist..Her behaviour in operation theatre was a crazy person .She has not any patience.one year ago I admit there for my caesarean delivery. In operation theatre she behaved very rudely and she talked with me like a uneducated person.I tolerate her Only because of my baby...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor management. You can hardly find anyone from the management to talk to. They don't let you know about the patient..As if he/she has been put to jail. Nursing staff are good although paramedics are aweful. Flow of information is too poor. One often find himself at a perplexed situation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As per my opinion this hospital should not get more than 3 star. In WB culture this is one of the best profitable business and Saranya seems to be the best on it. Overall treatment is good they have few updated machine.
Very poor management. You can't find anyone from the management to answer properly or with proper answer. When you ask for any information they become government employees. Always pass it to someone else and last one will ask you to come to the first person you have asked. Very few doctors maintain a stander time. Other no comments plz, as on one in the management/staff/any other has idea about doctors in time. I had to visited 3 times and always dr came after 2 to 3 hrs in average. Not have a proper waiting room.
Plus points are, big parking place on rode side and on emergency the students(intern) will provide there best service...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ today I have submitted my mother in your hospital & have very unprofessional staff behaviour from your security, helpdesk & also manager is also not responding on the same. Have got bed after waiting for long 2 hours & the way security behaving like they are the owner of the hospital & patients are like taken for granted to them. Take my complaint on high priority & treat these very seriously otherwise I want to share this feedback in social media as well for people awareness so that people should know the real scenario of this hospital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As per my experience, here treatment is good than others nursing home or hospital (but yes little bit costly) but the management is very very poor. This kind of management is not expected in such a hospital. Doctor's and Nurse's behaviour is good but the normal staff's behaviour is sometimes rough. And those who are in reception they never have proper information regarding anything. There is always a communication gap. Definitely need some changes and improvement.
My mother was admitted for 7 days under medicine doctor. All the medicine doctors are too good. But I want to talk about Dr. Swastika Roy. She regularly checkup my Mom. I have personally talked with her everyday and I'm really satisfied to talk with her and my Mom also. The good thing is, she always listen all the points and give reply politely and also in details. Her behaviour also too good.
