★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible seller with no sense of dealing with customer. First of all they send the wrong product which is not as per what you ordered and then they shout and talk rudely saying you have no knowledge of the product even though it is entirely their mistake. These people are least bothered about sending the right product and nothing they send is as per their catalog. I dont understand how people like this can do business in this industry. Will suggest you never order from this company. Disgusting people. This company should be blacklisted. Edit: seller has replied again saying i have no knowledge of tools. I run an international precision manufacturing company so i have more than enough awareness of tool quality. These people don't even know the spelling of shank and keep writing it as "sank" and they try to sell you poor quality steel shank carbide tools instead of solid carbide tools. They dont even know how much it affects rigidity of the tool and it is pointless to try and explain to them. They advertise two flute endmills and they sell you single flute poor quality endmill and tell you to use it. Their 2mm endmill is actually 1.6mm endmills and then they talk about customer not having knowledge. They dont even have the knowledge to set their machine correctly to make the proper size tools. Pathetic service with zero educational background. Shame on you
