★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1) Greedy sushil sharma. He is not architect but diploma holder.
2) He don't give complete file with sewage, water supply, electricity, elevation.
3) He don't even know that sewage line is first requirement of construction.
4) Don't ever work with his recommended contractor Bihari as both do setting and earn from owner.
5) In half construction they will tell you problems in sites.
6) We get to know that they have not kept pipelines for sewage after construction only. Now we have to do destruction of building because of pipeline.
7) He is so unprofessional that he don't even visit and don't even know at what stage construction is. After completion of construction we informed him about that. When asked for elevation he gave house image for commercial project even after given ideas.
8) He don't give pdf of working. Just printout that too incomplete.
9) Our money is wasted and I don't want any other to suffer the way we struggled and wasted our money.
10) Our site is near convent at prime location so he took advantage of that by taking 1Lakh.
11) Never give full money, once he receive his payment he will not respond as per your requirement.
Don't waste your hard earned money on such greedy and selfish person.
