★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner's behaviour of this outlet is rude and ill mannered. We ordered tandoori momos and paneer kulcha at the place. We got paneer kulcha and waited for momos for 10 min, after which the annoucement was made. The momos were cold ! Not moderately warm, it was cold. When we asked to re heat it, the owner spoke in loud tone in front of whole public for something we hadn't committed and refused to heat it. It was mere 10 minutes to our order, certainly tandoori momos can't get cold in 10 minutes. He gave us another order and rebuked us as if we were late to take the order. I would not recommend it because the owner can't even talk properly to customers. It is sad.
Hindi - इस आउटलेट के मालिक का व्यवहार असभ्य और बदतमीज है। हमने जगह पर तंदूरी मोमोज और पनीर कुलचा ऑर्डर किया। हमने पनीर कुलचा लिया और 10 मिनट तक मोमोज का इंतजार किया, जिसके बाद अनाउंसमेंट किया गया। मोमोज ठंडे थे! मध्यम गर्म नहीं, ठंडा था। जब हमने इसे फिर से गर्म करने के लिए कहा, तो मालिक ने पूरी जनता के सामने कुछ ऐसा करने के लिए कहा जो हमने नहीं किया था और इसे गर्म करने से इनकार कर दिया। हमारे ऑर्डर में महज 10 मिनट थे, निश्चित रूप से तंदूरी मोमोज 10 मिनट में ठंडे नहीं हो सकते। उसने हमें एक और आदेश दिया और हमें फटकार लगाई जैसे कि हमें आदेश लेने में देर हो गई। मैं इसकी अनुशंसा नहीं करूंगा क्योंकि मालिक ग्राहकों से ठीक से बात भी नहीं कर सकता। यह दुख की बात है।
