★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very very bad experience with this company because of delivery man. The delivery man name Virender can't deliver the cylinder in time and give us low weight cylinder every time and they didn't know how to treat the customer, that is why I give only one star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delivery persons are not good, they don't carry weight machine and most of the time cylender laps very fast. Seems delivered cylender weight is not correct. Agency should improve this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is in mangal bazaar, opposite to Gupta nursing home. They have small office where you can easily book your cylinders, they also address your grienvances & complaints regarding gas connection.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always deliver low weight cylinder. 3-5 kg LPG taken out from every cylinder. Weighing machine at our home is not trusted by their delivery man. Also, he puts his foot on the side of weighing machine while hiding that leg behind cylinder to show that weight is proper, and when we weigh the cylinder later it is always less 3-5 kg.
And if complaint is raised in the Indane app, they close the complaint within 30 minutes saying that they contacted the customer and resolved the complaint, while in reality they don't bother to even contact.

I know that some of the people not Notice,, Weight according to Your Indian Gas agency commented,, Today I got it ,,,One Vendor Deliver My Gas cylinder at my House and I checked and Shokk,,,,3Kg gas Vanished and after Exclaim He is change my cylinder ,,,I many times try to contact to Company but still failed,,So I requested to Everyone Pls don't take your Gas cylinder without Checking,,, It's not good during Lockdown Time Pls look into the matter and try to reconfigure Your management,,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Server down, I dont understand the situation. If sharma gas agency have already contact nos of users so why they wants user to come to visit the store and re-register the nos, at this time which is very critical for all of us because of "Covid". Poor condition poor server.
