★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got my Prestige Hob serviced at this outlet 4 months back. Uncle ji at the shop is quite humble when he talks.
Went 2nd time for some issues with gas leakage. While repairing the same, he broke all four Knob's plastic caps. On delivery, 2 caps were missing and 2 were broken. On asking him about the same, he said and I quote "mechanical kaam hai, ek cheez theek hogi to dusri to tootegi hi, aapki main problem to theek ho gai na.. to ab main kuch nahi kr skta.. you have to pay for the new caps..I'll order that"..
So, he accepts that he broke them, but justifying his mistake with innappropriate and irrelevant bogus reasons. Now, he has shown his actual behaviour and ill-mannered personality.
Doesn't recommend this shop at all !
