★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service. Even the sales boy at the bottom level is full of arrogance, don't know about what.
Went to enquire and test drive about nios i10. Was denied of the test drive siting that the vehicle is at other centre. Waited for a week but all in vain.
Then was given the false information about the variants. Meanwhile other dealer in Ahmedabad provided the vehicle door step for tets drive.
Sincere advice: Prefer other dealers if you are interested in Hyundai Vehicles

1. Poor Car Service not clean proper, My Car steering has been very hard after service.
2. They people call you every time for renew insurance after renew they say we do not cover your car's damage also they don't try to understand customer query.
3. My car Pickup time was ok but Drop time was very late. (When all service work done I was there at showroom, they told me you go we are drooping your Car but after 2.5 hours they drop car at my home.
4. Sharma Hyundai employee don't care about customer they want only money for all solutions, even you take car service to issuance service from them but they don't help you.
