They are very well experienced in packing all the house-hold goods and they have taken care completely of our belongings starting from packing the items, then loading, unloading and finally, set up in the new house. Used Sharma packers& movers on 4th December 2020 to shift my residence from Marathahally to Varathur (both 3bhk-within Bangalore-8 km).
Positives.
Clear communications from Mr. Salim. Discussed the details over phone and given a quote then and there. After agreeing on date and rate, received a confirmation message. A follow up call on previous evening.
Reasonable rates. quoted 16K upfront which I agreed without any negotiations.
Punctual and quick service. Team arrived 9.00 am. 2 vehicles and 10 staff. They knew their job. Packing and loading was completed in less than 2 hours. And unloading and unpacking was completed by 1.30 PM. They were ready to help to arrange the stuff-but we decided to do it our self after sanitation precautions .
Not even a single damaged or lost good. really happy about this.
Negatives.
We gave the team reasonable tips. But they were bugging us for more & more. As we were happy with the services, paid what they requested without second thoughts.
Did not see any Covid precautions/sanitation arrangements. That would have been a welcome addition even if, we have to pay extra for that.
Overall, very happy that I choose Sharma Packers & Movers for my work. It was a quick random selection only based on google reviews and quote.

Utter care was taken and no damage was done till the destination. My requirement was for out of Bangalore and for this the price was reasonable. So overall I highly recommend others

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sharma Packers and Movers is a fraud company, they lost my household packaged boxes, they mishandled my items and broke my expensive items. they give false insurance, even they will not give insurance proofs as well, when you call them the talk rude and misbehave. they will give quotation for one price and after packing your item while delivery they suddenly hike the price to nearly double. i lost my 50000 rupess items due this fraud company never trust them. the same happened with my ofhe 2 f
riends as well.

Worst services. If you want your belongings in a better way please do not think about Sharma Packers and Movers even once. They are just worst.
First they’ll coordinate with you on a regular basis. They will share quotations at per your mutual agreed price and commit to deliver your belonging in less than a week. And once they got you belonging they’ll show their actual colors.
First: after taking you belonging they’ll raise their prices and to make sure that your belonging will not get into risk you would have to pay them increased price. They charged GST but did not deposit in GST return.
Second: even after paying them 100% they will start ignoring your calls and didn’t even have some professionalism to answer your calls and give you a better response.
After that they’ll give you false hope that you goods will deliver today, tomorrow and the answer will be same even after a week.
I’m giving them a rating 1 which is minimum if any negative rating option is there I would have given them the highest in negative.
ZERO PROFESSIONALISM, ZERO COMMITMENT, AND FRAUD AS THEY CAN INCREASE THEIR PRICES AFTER GETTING YOUR BELONGING IN THEIR CONTROL.
Please do not think to take services with Sharma Packers and Movers as I have already had worst experience that’s why I’m sharing the same with you all.
For reference I can share my quotation which agreed and what I have to pay in actual.
Quotation and mutual agreed price was 5,500 and I had to pay 8,000.
EVEN AFTER MY BIKE WAS DAMAGED AND I COULDN’T DO ANYTHING AS ALL AMOUNT THEY GOT IN ADVANCE AND THEY REFUSED TO COMPENSATE THE SAME.
SO IT’S BETTER TO CHOOSE ANOTHER VENDOR INSTEAD OF SUCH TYPE OF FRAUDS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used this packers and movers shifting to Hosur. They are worst people who handle the household goods every rough and tough and brake the computer table. They didn't even sorry about that, but without shame asking for cash. I strongly not recommend this packer and movers. If you want to take care of your household products better you look for good packers.
