★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had bad experience with them . They give bad service and charge more . How can anyone charge Rs. 20 for a black and white printout while nearby shop charge Rs. 5 for the same.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is extremely rude. They take their customers for granted especially children. Moreover they are over priced. Assuming me being a kid they demanded for 700₹ for printing 30 black and white pages. In addition one would have to wait for at least 15 minutes to get a simple job done. It is very chaotic. Only gave 1 star cuz there’s no option for 0. They may have good technology but their customer service is pathetic. All the workers are very arrogant. Even though I’ve been their customer since 6 years, there service quality remains awful. I remember once one of their employ asked me whether I was crazy just because I asked him to show me a preview and the preview was wrong.
