Sweets are neither good nor bad for the human physique. It all depends on how we take/use it. As regards the cleanliness, source/purity of ingredients, preparation technique and the taste it varies from place to place. After all in our country, the confectionary items are NOT having standard norms for open sweets (without any packaging etc.) So, all places are equally placed as far as their own standards. So, it is the user who has to use one's own judgement and discretion for these sweet-items. So, my judgement is applicable for me only and may not hold same for others.
