I have booked the Bike transport on 7-Feb-2021,using Professional pack and Movers Pune , who in turn hired Sharma Transport for transporting the bike from Pune to Jaipur.
As per the booking details it was a door to door delivery and payment was already done in advance for the same( biggest mistake done here).
The parcel was supposed to be delivered within 3-5 days but it took almost 13 days to reach Jaipur. On the morning parcel reached Jaipur the driver called me to pick the bike from the B2 bypass, and when I refused he was very arrogant and mentioned that Bike will not be delivered at home , any which ways you will have to come to office to pick up.
After calling their owner and professional pack and movers' owner they started blaming each other for the commitments of the delivery and internal payment issues.
It took them 3 days to sort this and get my bike delivered at my place today on 23-Feb-2021. It was real mess and a very bad episode of mental torture from these guys. If you are planning to use this service make sure to get all the details in written and do connect to the receiving city office before booking the transfer of goods. As they might commit something in one state but might not stick to it once parcel is reaching the receiving state or city.
