★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aman who checks eye power and puts eye dilution drops is very irresponsible.He forgot to check my power after dilution and optometrist Aditya Sharma wrongly said that he has the data in his computer. After further questioning he said that the data is not there.
The female doctor Sangeeta Kumari is very rude.
Only the reception staff is average.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went for simple eye check up which should have taken maximum 1.5 to 2 hrs. However due to inefficiency and incompetence of staff we had to wait for 3 hrs in crowded space. The day did not have adequate doctors who can attend yet they kept on admitting more patient than that could have been handled. Lack safety values, their staff behavior is highly concerning. Mr. AJAY Goel so called staff head just was standing for lip service for failed management.
