★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheaters. Nursing staff is very rude. Over priced. They threaten us for future problem and forced to admit the patient, that blood is infected and your lever may injected etc, even everything was likely to happen. Other doctor explained that fever comes only due to the infection in the blood. They did not gave time to discuss with family member. After too much force we knew their aim, so we get out from hospital and went to small clinic. Patient was normal within 2 days.
In this hospital cost was estimated to 25000 but. But our actual cost was 4500.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff at this hospital are very arrogant and rude.They do not treat the patient politely. Calling a nurse does not come soon enough. Especially behavior of staff member Dr. Vasim at night duty is very bad and arrogant. Though the consulting doctors are very good. The problem is only with the staff who need to be taught a bit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude behavior. As a patents relatives you are concert about the drugs side effect. I ask a question to doctor that if we are continuing the specific medicine for a long period of time, Is their any side effect?
And doctor says Surf the internet and check...Is their any alternatives?
What is this behavior?
I do not recommend to take treatment from this hospital and from the doctor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please do not visit this Hospital. Doctor is good but staff is very unprofessional and rude. Too much wait time, they always give wrong timings on the phone. And most importantly, totally money minded people here, which is not their fault, greedy-ness and selfishness is in the blood of Gandhinagar's people.
A normal treatment like viral infections cost me around 750 which is too much.
Most of the people are middle class in Gujarat, not everyone can afford to go to this hospital.
Please train your staff to behave well and kindly revise your charges. Simple strip of Paracetamol does not cost Rs.40. It is available in 15 Rupees.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst place to be. This is saddest unfortunate of the doctor of having unethical staff like he has. Appointment booking time starts from 9 and you call at 9:02 you will get appointment at 1pm. And funny thing is if you have appointment at 1 you need to wait 2 hours. Worst staff ever seen in my life. And the lady seating on reception who taking appointments is dumb a$$. Don't know anything just chitchatting with other staff.
