★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My elder son had dry cough for which we took many medications but still it was there so we went to dr.ashwin sawant sir he gave one medicine n his cough went he never got like that cough again. Our full family,friends,n relatives go to them both sir n mam r veryy caring n very much dedecated. I took treatment from mam during my second pregnancy it is soo effective that my younger son in super active n smart. ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ With great pleasure I would like to recommend Dr. SUCHETA SAWANT to all my friends, family members. I was suffering from Thyroid since 4-5 years. I was under allopathy treatment along with Patanjali medicines but didn’t get the desired result, my thyroid was on peak. One of my colleague’s suggestion I went through medication for three months provided by DR SUCHETA SAWANT and in three months I got the desired result. My thyroid level come down to normal. Between the time I also consulted for huge hair fall & skin redress. I got the satisfied result for these unhealthy behaviors.
I also consulted with Dr. SUCHETA about my dad’s illness. He is also feeling much better by her medication. I regularly visit to Dr. SUCHETA SAWANT at SHASHWAT AYURVED not only to get cure but to be healthy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If someone is looking for an authentic Ayurvedic clinic, this is the place. The doctors are very knowledgeable, experienced, give a lot of time to each patient to understand their case. Compared to how traditional Ayurvedic medicines need processing at home before each dose, their medicine is available in easy-to-use forms such as tablets or liquid. They source most of their prescribed medicines under their supervision, so they are also authentic, fresh. Their treatment is effective. While the doctors do suggest dietary modifications based on the disease, I found these restrictions to be easier to comply with compared to other doctors.
I'd happily recommend anyone to visit Dr. Sawant for disease management or even other therapies such as rasayana or garbhasanskar, etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been receiving treatment from Dr. Ashwin Sawant for long. My dad used to visit him, I visited him in my childhood and now my kids are receiving treatment from him. Apart from providing lasting cures for allergies which modern Allopathy fail at, Dr. Sawant has helped us improve our life styles as well. What I really like about him is that he recommends medicines only when required, else he suggests minor tweaks in lifestyle and that's it. His Panchkarma therapy has helped us in experiencing pleasurable parenthood.

It all started with back pain in June 2020 , we took medicine from family doctor for some days and I used to get relief till the time took medicine. I also started taking physiotherapy session for about 1 month.
I took appointment from MD doctor. He suggested me to go for blood tests. In the test report, HLA B 27 was positive. So he suggested to go to Rheumatologist. Rheumatologist then suggested us to go for some more blood tests and MRI. These reports then confirmed ankylosing spondylitis. Paralley I also took acupunture and acupressure. Rheumatologist gave us some medicine - pain killers and steroids. In September 2020, he suggested us to go for injections of Steroids and we stopped there. Because I was worried about the sideeffects.Then we decided to go for Ayurveda, one of our relative suggested name of Dr. Ashwin Sawant ( Mulund) . We met him in November 2020 and that's how my journey started with ayurvedic medicine
When we approached Dr Ashwin, I was on Steroids and pain killers. Dr Ashwin said that we have to get rid of the Steroids first. Slowly we started reducing the intake of steroids. In Jan 2021 my steroids were completely stopped and the dose of painkillers also reduced to half.
Initially i was advised liquid diet along with his medicines as prescribed by doctor. I lost my weight, it was from 84kg to 68 kg within 2-3 months, Slowly the pain started reducing. I improved slowly. I started taking Sun rays and started doing some Yoga as suggested by doctor. I feel refreshing since my weight and vaat has reduced. Since then there has been constant improvement in my health.
The way of treatment, starting from liquid diet and then gradually increasing the diet has been helpful and effective to cure disease. To get the results, Dr made sure that we followed his guidelines strictly and because I am adhering to his guidelines and following his instructions I am getting the desired results.
Thank you Dr. Ashwin Sawant as by your treatment my steroids got stopped and I was saved from taking steroid injections.

He is extremely polite and an excellent conversationalist. Patients are partly cured just by taking to him as he understands psyche of every patient very well.
I have been consulting Dr Sawant for more than 5 years for various ailments like high Uric acid, Kidney Stones and urticaria, all of which have been cured.
