Quality of bus is poor. Staff would not listen and respond to even if you ask them why bus is not moving. By any mean you will not reach on time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nw I'm travelling inone of the Satabdi bus from Delhi. I'm travelling in a seat which may rates 300 or 350 maximum compared to other buses. I used to travell in most if the buses I'm Delhi- Kanpur Route, they all paying these amount only. Even in Shatabdi also they charged the same amount last Sunday (300Rs). But today right nw they charged 500 frome for the worst seat that is even in the last raw of the bus. Never again in ma life myself or my family choose Shatabdi Buses. How horrible this situation is. If you provide comfortable seats its ok with but for the Worst you charged this much. If you can do anything u may do it.
