★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eco friendly residential society with 99 flats ranging from 450 sq ft to 790 sq ft i.e 1bhk,2bhk, 3bhk. Two lifts automatic and manual. Well water used in toilets reducing dependence on municiple supply. Solar lights for society . Dry and wet garbage is segregated for disposal. Full of greenary trees of all variety like mango peepul etc. All festivals like ganapti, holi, navratri, new year, christmas, diwali,independence day , republic day are celebrated by residence.
Awarded clean and greener best society by Icici .,favorite of local corporator, MLA.

They have now being listed on PMO Website, for being innovative society and example for other society to follow. They are now helping nearby societies to achieve zero garbage disposal and recycling of waste and water harvesting and using them for plants and trees in the society premises
