★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This review is NOT about the DOCTOR, since I have not seen him or consulted yet. As I have seen the review of others on the same forum. I echo the same. Staff is rudest, unapproachable, unprofessional, pathetic, that’s what I can say. I am not sure if they are underpaid or just behave like that purposely due to overwhelming patients flock to this clinic.
In either situation it is not acceptable.
My feedback to doctor or management if they read this. Please put up a better appointment tracking system in place. Let the patients call any time during day and give them available slot, it doesn’t have to be next day. It could be few days later, as it is being practiced elsewhere. This is not rocket science. It is very frustrating when we call for an appointment and call is not answered during stipulated time. Please recruit staff who is service oriented and loves the job rather than hiring anybody due to any reason.

Doctor himself don't listen the patient problem correctly he will not give the time to the patient
if u want to die just go there.
Staff himself think that they are the prime minister of India but they don't think that they are sitting in this chair just becz of us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hopeless, rude staff and doctor himself. Staff are extorting money from patience in the name tatkal appointment despite prior appointment with the doctor. The phone number provided is always unanswered, anyhow even if we get the appointment over the phone, the staff rejects saying no appointment has been booked, and pushed for special appointment for extra bugs. The doctor is always in hurry who can only speak
and no time to listen to the patience, further he consult his patients only by teleconference at his chamber and don't bother to examine phycically. He always advises loads of tests such as MRI even for general weakness.
SUCH PEOPLE ARE DEFAMING MODIJI CONSTITUENCY AND NORTH INDIAN. AND BECAUSE OF SUCH PEOPLE PEOPLE PREFER SOUTH INDIA FOR TREATMENT. LICENSE OF SUCH PEOPLE SHOULD BE CANCELLED ON IMMEDIATE BASIS IN ORDER TO PROTECT POOR PEOPLE OF PURVANCHAL FROM FURTHUR EXPLOITATION ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst center I have been went to..These people have opened a money making business and the doctor does not consult with the patient's personally..They ask their staff to advice on the reports....very unprofessional and extremely unsatisfied with the service offered...Would not advice anyone to visit this center...very very disappointed

But booking system is worst for people who comes from long distance for treatment.
Management is rude and don't support properly. To get my appointment I called them 250times then they picked my call and booked my appointment.
I humbly request please update your booking system.

He does not want to spend time even to see reports properly . He seems interested only in Money... Money..... Money..... Just see maximum number of patients in minimum time...
