The Shaw brothers shop has an amazing collection of products and they are good sales men. I bought a total of 8 kaani shawls from them But One kaani shawl had a lot of visible defects and when I went back to show it I was amazed to see their behaviour and they really mistreated me. I believe they also sell export rejects in delhi. They didn’t even want to see the defect but the sales men told me that I have damaged the shawl. The defect is in the weaving and it’s not even a cut. I loved their designs but this experience was not pleasant. They did refund my money but with it they also told me not to visit their store again. They sell you defective stuff and if you point out the defect they will not want you to visit their store again. Now I came back home and checked the remaining even they have some or the other defect in them. They are not genuine. Check the pieces to every detail possible as they also told me “three of our men checked it and our staff is not blind”. They don’t even show you the perfect pieces at the store. They will just show you the defective lot if you are a first time visitor. Even the embroidered pieces the owner showed me had defects but he tired to tell me that it’s a design. They really try and sell low quality and defective pieces and then if you see the defect they will just remove the piece and won’t let you see it again. It’s like they also know they are selling defective pieces. They misbehaved with me and returned back the money for this one shawl so that now I don’t return the other defective products. All the shawls they have sold me have some defects. A very discomforting vibe overall post purchase. Wouldn’t go back again and neither would recommend anyone to buy their defective products.if you don’t trust my words please go and check for yourself. Also please let me know if I am wrong. I thought I could show them the defective piece and they would understand and rectify the defects on the shawl. I didn’t even ask for my money back just wanted to show them the problem with the shawl. They sell only defective pieces either with holes or weaving defects.
