Everytime one audit payment missing when regular followup and lots of mails received payment.else i m not doing one audit for this company. Poor payment process no value for shoppers time,fuel,report filling time. Very bad mystery shopping company experience.

The project managers are thoroughly professional, approachable and are a pleasure to work with. Their payments are prompt. I would surely give a thumbsup to Shaw Hotels and would love to pick up more and more of their exciting mystery shopping assingments.

The audit specialist will give details and ask for preference of dates and venue and so on.
Other than following up for payment, the team is professional and helpful.

The briefing is crisp and they are always there to help if you get stuck in a situation. Overall, a very pleasant experience. There are a variety of audits that come our way for retail, restaurants, groceries, electronic stores.....So it really keeps the interest going. I recommend Shaw Hotels for people who are really interested in conducting audits.

β β β β β I have been working as mystery shopper with SHAW HOTELS since 2014. They have excellent staff who are professional and good in their field. I have been doing audits in various sectors like retail, restaurants, clinics to name a few. They are quick to review the reports. Payments are delayed sometimes which I won't deny but just one remainder mail, you get the payments. Of course this has happened very rarely to me.
Nice team to work with, but the most important thing is they give space and give wide time range to work which would suit my needs. Keep up the good job SHAW.

β β β β β Too much follow up for payment.Payment is not done as per policy. No respect for mystery shoppers , they treat them like slaves use only when there are assignments and forget while payment time. Worst payments policy.
What they don't realise is that without mystery shoppers they can't run the show.
No brownie points for guessing that all the positive reviews here are done by their own people.

β β β β β I have been conducting audits for Shaw since 4 years now and I must say that their coordinators are quite professional. But there is a huge problem with payments. They say you will be paid after 45-60 days of audit completion date but one may forget about the payment after 60 days and that's how this company takes advantage. And those who keep track of their payment have to take a lot of follow up with the accounting team and after they'll pay you after writing them emails 4-5 times.
When it comes to audit, they will get the work done from you very smoothly but when it comes to paying you, they'll keep you hanging as if you owe them something. Ridiculous but true!!
