While trial, by mistake very very small patch of wife's lipstick applied on cloth. Owner forced us to buy that unchoosen top.... Don't ever enter this shop...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Owner is extremely rude. She doesn't seem to understand the basic logic that if the customer doesn't get what she wants, you can't force her to buy against her wish. She makes you feel (by her looks..bad bad vampire looks ) as if you are committing a crime by not buying anything from her store. Bad entrepreneur for sure!!! Girl...learn basic customer service skills.

Does not understand the customer's basic need.
I was told that the dress i brought will have a good alteration and fitting.
But after the alteration,the dress was still tight.
They were not ready to accept their mistake and did not exchange the dress. .it was an expensive dress .she was extremely rude to talk....0 is not the option otherwise I wud have given it....even the shop is very expensive as per the quality.

Does not understand the customer's basic need.
We were a regular customer of this shop
But recently we had a experience.
We were told that the dress we brought will have a good alteration and fitting.
But after the alteration,the dress was still tight.
They were not ready to accept their mistake and did not exchange the dress.
It was an expensive dress.
The owner needs to understand the basic concept of customer care. And she was extremely rude to talk.
We do not recommend this shop to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Firstly, they have very less options and it's not really pocket friendly. The quality of the apparels is not so good even if it's a 1000 bucks. Furthermore, the owner was extremely rude and said "apke jaise customers ki zaroorat nahi hain" just because I asked her to show products of a lesser price range. Ma'am, humare jaise customers nahi chahiye toh shop kyun khole hain? Please marketing ki degree le li jiye, it'll help you only. ?
