★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience, Very bad service, beauticians have no experience, if you really love your skin n hair don't go shear genius, even the ratings are fake, before completing service they ask customers to give 5 stars rating, my best friend regret to go there, she has to cover her face all the time when in office, very samefull experience, even beautician harshali very bad, she don't know how to wax, don't wanna give single star to it. But no choice.

Mr. Monu Parmar did my haircut and he exactly provided me with a cut I was looking for. I was very impressed with Mr. Monu as there were no unnecessary suggestions given on selling the products or services or comments on the hair type which I personally find very annoying whenever I have gone to any other salon. The staff was nice, courteous and really professional. Ms. Neha did my threading and she nicely explained to me about how I could shape my brows and what can I do to make it look even better. Her suggestions were very good. And she was very gentle and precise with her threading techniques which was truly amazing. The person on the reception was also very nice and professional and helped me understand the membership benefits. I have found my place for salon services in Indore and I highly recommend it for haircuts and even other services. They are fairly priced and deserve 5 stars for their courteousness and professionalism.
