★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My friend is living in this hostel . It is very bad hostel in Patna food is not good & their is no hygiene maintained by hostel. Their is not a single gurd for safety and security for girls and water which is provided to girls is not pure you can easily find a insects in water storage tank. Warden has no manner how to behave with girls .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oh, I was a bit worried, when my daughter got admission in college and was searching a good hostel with safety and security, i was recommended for Shilaz Mary girls hostel. We went to check the place and to my surprise it is really a better place for my daughter..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ UNSAFE! AND SCAMMERS! Don't come to this hostel please. The washrooms have huge glass windows and they took 3 days to cover it. You can't take your room keys with you when you leave during the day, I paid for the whole room, so, I can take the almirah key, but you will have to share it if you pay for only one bed. Windows in room can never be opened because there are too many men roaming around and your whole room on display. Food? 3 chapatis + 1 bhujiya every meal. That's it. Water? You have to get it filled and if you forget to get it filled from owner, no water. My fan burnt and wasn't repaired for 4 days during scorching hot summers. At the end, I had no option but to leave as I had neither food nor fan there! And she kept all the money and returned nothing even though it was their fault.
On top of that, she doesn't talk herself. You will have to listen to her husband shout at you. Or her fav girl in hostel will lecture you because she has lived there for 8 years. As if she owns the hostel herself. She even claimed to handle all money for hostel and came to collect money. They will never listen to complaints about their own faults. They even misbehaved with my parents when my parents called to ask them to get the fan repaired. Facilities? A tiny chowki you won't fit in and a shared almirah! Literally nothing else. Also, the house behind the hostel, they keep ringing some kind of bell from evening to morning next day every half an hour or in an hour. You can say goodbye to sleep. Cleaning? Never done during my entire stay. Clothes? You can't put them on front balcony. Rents are high as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hostel is amazing. Very homely feel and hygenic. Highly recommended for anyone searching a place to stay in Patna. Proper food sanitization as well as amazing owners they take care of the property so well. 10/10 food and the hostel is very clean. Just go for it.

I know the owner/warden is sorta dictator type.. She will bring down this review too (as she has done with other reviews) to suppress my voice, but I won't be silent...
First things first, just have a look at the "high quality" and the "nutritious" food they serve. She is an evil women who loves playing with children's health... And I won't let it happen...
Second thing second, security aspects of this hostel are highly compromised! CCTV cameras, though installed, are out of order since a long time. Security guard hasn't been re-recruited ever since the pandemic ended. Also, the hostel wardens (married couple) are ingnorent enough to not consider any of such issues raised by students staying herein.
Third thing third, food quality out there is absolutely dis gusting... Not at all of any standard to be fed to a human being! My sister suffered many ailments (during her 1 year stay in that hostel) due to non-nutritious diet she was served! Lucky, we were able to move her into another hostel which serves healthy food (though it's a bit pricey, but everything is second to health, we all know), before her health further deteriorated. Moreover, the hostel warden is notoriously crooked, miser and cunning. The way she talks to guardians is so convincing that no one would ever get a hint of her bad intention of making out the most profit possible at the cost of children's health... It's utterly awful and evil practice.
