★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So I found Sheetal through Wedmegood. Obviously I was impressed by her work and the reviews by her clients. Makeup is something very personal to one, what may be great for you could be OKayish for someone else. I was super skeptical in the beginning, so I went for a trial to be satisfied. Sheetal is such a cutie, so warm and unimposing! I fell in love with her instantly. I was going for a very contemporary look for all events. She patiently heard me out and gave some great suggestions. Honestly, it is the biggest day of your life, and you need someone reliable. Sheetal was all this and more. it's been over a month since my wedding and everyone still is raving about Sheetal's work. She was brilliant ! I'm so happy I chose her. Also, I was super fussy about the team who were going to attend my guests. Her team did a fabulous job, everyone were super pleased with their hairdos and makeups. Close your eyes and go with her. She's the best MUA out there !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sheetal is chic and contemporary when it comes to her makeup style. Her strokes are extremely fine and the end result is something any girl would want. She's humble in her way of dealing and also is decently priced. She dolled me up for my engagement and for few more functions in my family. She's a definite consideration if you're looking for a different yet classy look!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thinking back about all the functions for our wedding, one thing that stood out in all those wonderful events was my makeup and how i looked. For the wedding and the reception, i could never imagine looking so stunning and all credit goes to her. The way she listened to and understood all my needs. Her touch of kindness and patience was evident and made me more comfortable throughout the whole process. She was the cherry on top of our cake!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked Sheetal for my engagement and wedding and paid an advance of 15k. However, 1 month prior to the wedding date she called me and cancelled, leaving me extremely stressed, anxious and helpless. What followed was a furious search to find another artist, but it was all in vain as most of the good ones were booked by then. She then suggested someone else who adjusted the advance booking amount but charged 5k more than what Sheetal had quoted. I was apprehensive of this new artist as there were no reviews on WedMeGood or any other social media platform for that matter. But having left with no other choice, I decided to go ahead. This new artist charged me extra and still brought some really inexperienced hairstylists along on both days. I was not satisfied with my look on engagement day and even on the wedding. The photographs also didn’t turn out well. Sheetal had cancelled my booking on the pretext that her previous booking had shifted by a few hours, and she would not have been able to make it to my venue in time. I requested her to adjust her previous booking, but she didn’t, and I had to bear the consequences even though there was no change at my end. To top it all, when I had a look at her Instagram story I was left in utter shock. As per her story, she had taken up some other booking wherein her bride was a VIP (pic attached as proof to this)
By writing this review, I just want to bring her unprofessional and unethical behavior to the forefront. I felt cheated when I saw her Instagram story on my wedding day. Her story was a testimony to the fact she is just interested in minting as much money as possible at the expense of her clients. As soon as she gets another booking that entails a hefty amount, she would jump at it leaving you high and dry. So, beware! After all, we all leave no stone unturned in meticulously preparing for our wedding functions, the least we can do is find a reliable makeup artist!
