★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst gas agency. They cant talk nicely,they dont answer phone calls the bell just keeps ringing. Such pain in a**.
They steal gas from cylinder, ensure the seal is intact while receiving it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely slow, not user friendly, badly designed, in short, as good as zero. Adds a negative slope to the already inefficient distributor network. Their mobile app can make you pull your hair apart, so suggest you do not try it. It will only work once Shri Modi gives a whip to its slack staff and app + website developers.....sad but reality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is dark and shady, very shabby furniture and poor housekeeping, at times, it seems the place is not even sweeped daily.
The staff doesn't answer properly, working lazily. I would advise against getting a connection from this place, rather opt from a better managed place. Long queues are regular feature.
