β β β β β Dont offer wide selection of product. Quote one price and charge another. We went to buy a suit they quoted that we would give u 20% discount on the purchase. And as we finalised the suit we got it on mrp. No discount was offered. And the tailor there is not good. Even after 2 visits they couldnt get the size correct. First it was too tight and then it was too loose.

β β β β β Malti storey showroom with each floor for different concept like lehanga and saree .I baught readymade western gown from 2nd floor.
It was easy to reach shehnai locate as it's on main road....

β β β β β I did a shopping from this place for good 40,000 but they couldnot provide me a 1 meter clothe for making the mask with bridal lehnga. Pathetic . Delhi govt should fine this shop for not providing masks with such expensive wedding garments.

β β β β β One of the worst and pathetic staff which I have ever seen, two women in 3rd floor Shivani and 1 more donβt have manners and patience how to behave with customers.
Once you reach on 3rd floor and try the dress they will start forcing after the trial acha lag rahan hain pack karau aur dress nahin hain yehi lelo aur apko nahin ayegi in a rude way.
After all this we bought 2 dresses and asked for alter after 3 days when we reached to collect the dress she said pack karo dedo trial kyan karogey sahin hain, we requested can we try and check please she said sahin hoga le jao and after try fitting was bad and she said aise hee aati hain le jao isse jyada sahin nahin hogi we requested to call Master ji (Tailor) he understand and asked let me alter properly again in the trial room she start shouting from outside dress de do pehle like idiots we requested give us 2 min change toh karne do again nahin pehle do road side jo log dukaan lagatey hain do have manners how to speak and behave.
We also bought 1 dress from Bombay Creations and the Behavior, quality and patience was 100%
we suggest to better Bombay Creation is 1000% better then Shenai in terms of behavior ans understanding.
Main cause of problem is owner is not sitting there and staff which hired is ridiculous and unmannered.
