★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad disel because I always refill my car but but from 3 four time I did not get average and less deisel I had fill 1000rs of fuel that is 10.54 but I got the average 8 km that after that I fill fuel from other pump I got the average of 13km

Never tell them to fill your talk to the full!!
They will not stop at the safety mark of fuel tank & will fill extra petrol in your vehicle tank!
It might cause leaking if the petrol filler cap is at the backside of your scooter!!
I was forced to pay Rs. 20 extra even after asking them to stop filling more petrol at a certain point
The pump attendant didn’t listen to my instructions about filling the Tank and when I called the manager he threatened me to take out the petrol if I didn’t pay them the extra money!
Also they will coerce you to purchase their add-on services like oil, coolant change!
Shell company is worst when it comes to grievance redressal! If you visit please ask for a bill so you can lodge a complaint online if they misbehave or loot your money!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Why isn't the timing updated? It is utter stupidity mentioning 24hrs if the pump is only open from 7am to 11pm. Three consecutive days I've come at 11:01pm, 11:05pm and 1055pm and the pump has been closed. The executive today said "management has said the new timing is 7am-11pm, but the pumps are electronically connected to Server, and they shut off 10mins prior to 11pm"
Why are you fooling customers? Shell is reputed for it fuel quality, but I think more bad name will come if you can't respect the customer's time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overpriced, atleast 8 to 11 rs more than prevailing market rates. No doubt the company follows all safety norms and excellent services, however where fuel prices are sky rocketing, it makes no sense in shell-ing ? additional 8 rs per liter,burning hole in pocket nahi its burning the whole pant.... the food and beverage store has good options. Good loyalty program too
