★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good service but alwyas have long queue and waiting for long time for filling normal petrol and sometimes v-power petrol counters are idle which should also provide normal petrol to minimize rush and waiting time .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am long shell customer today I visited Nanded city petrol pump at 11.45pm the staff there was doing tp and not filling petroll in my car more than 10 min they did tp and told its closed and it will start at 12.30... Incharge there told us he had lots other work its not his work.
Will not recommend to any one...
I dont even want to give 1 star but i am not able to post this review

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I usually visit this place to refuel my car and to enjoy south Indian coffee from their deli2go cafe. I always found it clean and the service good.
Though the mens bathroom at the back is maintained well, the taps are dry and this happened couple of times.
I request the station-management to look into this and fix the issues asap.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Employees are Very polite & this is one of modest petrol pump on this road. Free air, free oil check and shell store also there to pick some packet food like chips and cold drinks also available. So overall good experience, let's see how they maintain like this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I visited Nanded City petrol pump. Staff was doing time pass. Behaviour with customer is very arrogant. Staff is very arrogant. They take lot of time for one customer. Card machine is not working all the time. They cannot provide quick service. Third class staff and one of them talked arrogantly with me. Hopeless and nonsense staff. Dissatisfied with this service and staff

Attendant simply say's , ll note down your number and add points later. But it doesn't happen.
They are just fooling us.
Please make sure before you leave.
This pump is letting down shell brand's reputation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While refilling fuel, came across deli2Go cafe at the petroleum. Tried cold coffee once and a hot coffee another time. Both were amazing. The store has lot of munching options to pick. Would like to try more from here.
