★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The apartment's association severely discriminates against the tenants. The tenants have to pay 40% more maintenance fees than the owners. As is with most apartments in the area, there are fewer car parking lots, than the number of flats. Very few owners actually own parking lots. The parking lots that are owned by the association will not be allotted to tenants. The problem is that most landlords do not tell you all this, when you are scouting for a rented place. It's only when you move in that you realise that you've been duped. It's unlikely that the tenants ever get a say in running an owners association, and it's even more unlikely that a tenant would even want it in the first place. The least that a tenant could do is give this discriminatory attitude of the association as much negative publicity as possible, so that it hurts the interests of the landlords. Hence this review.
