★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Noone answers the phone or mail. I think it's fraud company. Tried a lot noone comes on the phone given on their website. No one bothers to contact you back. Looks like a shady scam
No site no bldgs nd obviously then no phone number! Be careful

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 0 star Fraud Builder, Taking money and cheating people, booked in 2011 still not given possession and taken loan from bank, bank hit our CIBIL score, its an humble request dont go for this project. builders not even giving any proper response, offices closed. they start new new offices one after another to fool people, once people gets aware of one office they close it and opens new one to fool people with grand decorative infrastructure.

Has someone filed a complaint or is there a WhatsApp or Facebook group for all the scammed buyers. Lost a Lot need to put them behind bars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked 2 BHK in 2008 with TMC (Tanaji Malusare City). Paid full amount of around ₹ 8 Lacs (₹ 6Lacs through DHFL).
Flat not ready till date (5th Jan 2021). In 2015 TMC sold this project to Sheltrex who demanded more momey from investors.NO WORK HAPPENING ON SITE SINCE 2016.
Cleared money of DHFL. BIG LOSS and BAD INVESTMENT for me. Bad CIBIL score.
DO NOT INVEST IN THIS PROJECT.
I NEED MY MONEY BACK.
