★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Irene by Sheth Creators is definitely recommended for anyone looking for 1 & 2 bed residences and the reason is simple, because it is affordable luxury.
Merely a 7 minute walk from Irene will take you to Auris Serenity, which is also being build by Sheth Creators with 3 towers inside the project. Both these projects being in so close vicinity to each other, you can easily compare these two projects by asking "What am I getting at Irene as compared to Auris Serenity ? The answer is everything.
Sheth Creators has no doubt became a most sought after name in real estate, especially after developing some landmark projects such as Beumonde in Dadar to name just one. So Irene will only reinforce the name of Sheth Creators in real estate after its completion. This fact makes today the best time to buy your home in Irene because it will definitely not disappoint you.
To compare, I agree that Auris Serenity is nearing completion while Irene will take you to 2022 (2023 as per RERA), so if you're willing to wait a couple of years, you will find yourself a much better deal and luxury style living.
P.S. This pic was taken from 45th floor of Auris Serenity but the view will be same with slightly different angle from the top floor of Irene.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1) Pathetic and Arrogant Sales Managers.
2) They say have 440 sq feet carpet area in one BHK and they give extra 40 sq feet while marketing the project. But actual flat is not close to even 360 sq feet carpet. Bedroom is ver very small like matchbox.
3) Sheth Builders have good reputation of delaying the project upto years
Auris is an example.
4) All the psoitive reviews may be paid or company employees.
5) Your Money will be stuck up for years. No confidence in possession date
