Shikari Mata is also one sentury of Himachal Pradesh .and the best season to go there is summer season and you can also go there in the month of September to if you wanted to go in vehicle so only 4wheeler is the best and bike and skutii are not for this road also you can walk .. but it will gonna take time.. try to go there in early morning because..after 10am more people are going there so you may have to go through a jam. You have to walk on 250 steps to reach the temple

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice place of shikari mata temple. 16km road is very consujted and not easy to drive. After that 550 stairs to be climbed . Go slowly as heart beat may increase. Take water bolltle with you. Dont go in winters(specially in snowfall). This temple is in Shikari wildlife sanctuary...A lot of animals are there...I visited there and enjoyed a lot. On 17th june 2019 the temperature was 16 degree...
The person should be healthy to reach at the top ..
Must visit once....an adventure trip .....
Enjoy fresh palam,khumani, lichi @ 40-50 /kg on road side....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a very good place. And located at the high top of mountains. And also a very good place to visit. You can visit there through vehicle. It is a hilly place and there is a Hindu goddess temple at the top of the mountains. Weather is so chilly there, so keep your warm clothes with you. View From the temple is so good, it's feel like you are in clouds.
