★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have visited a commercial area yesterday evening. Suddenly there was a small stone thrown at me from this high raise building which hit me at my chest. To my surprise the shopkeeper said this is the everyday activity. Someone from the society doesn't want this commercial area to grow so he regularly throws stone, dust, unwanted waste from the house in the commercial area.
They (Shopkeepers of that area) had a word with him earlier but of no use.
I wanted to raise a complaint/FIR against the owner of the house but the shopkeeper is not providing the complete information of the owner and even the flat no.
I was very lucky that impact was such that it didn't hurt me a lot but this could be more dangerous.
To all the readers : PLEASE DO NOT VISIT THIS MARKET AS THIS COULD BE LIFE HAZARDOUS.
To the PARK AVENUE Management and RWA: Shopkeepers are silent due to unknown reason but its your responsibility find the solution otherwise you are equally part of the crime

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Guys, please don't go for it. Current residents of the society (AIG PARK AVENUE) are protesting on road every weekend against the builder. I see it every weekend. There is definitely something very wrong with the builder that has brought poor residents on road to protest with family and kids. It's neither a builder nor the project or consider for the hard earned money.
I feel really bad for the residents and thought of looking for this project's reviews. I see some people recommending to go for it. But please don't!! Check with present residents if you find it interesting before deciding.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Like This place as it's neat and clean and flats are ok ok. Construction quality looks not so good though. Concept of gaur city is integrated society. Daily needs shops are just beneath the towers, it's an average place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a nice place to live , specially if I tall about Par avenue in Gaur city. We have all the facilities , but the light cut off too much, pool always is super dirty. If I talk about the rates right now it's 9500 excluding maintenance and will increase entaully by time , so check my post date before going for the rate. At the end I fell good living here.thry have working gym too. But if you like some road view instead of park view look for something in tower C. Good luck.. !!??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Park Avenue as it's neat and clean and flats layout is good.Society is located in the Gaur city 1. It is bit costlier compare to other projects due to it's size and location. Construction quality looks good though. Concept of gaur city is integrated society. Good Project with proper Implementation of ground work... ready to move and reside.Go ahead with it,daily needs shops are just beneath the towers, it's an good place.
