★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think they have now become a little arrogant in their behaviour. Many people like us have spent a life time buying from them and they are now where they are because of customers like us. However this time firstly we spent 2-3 hours at their outlet, no one even offered a seat. We spent the entire time standing. No courtesy of any water to drink etc. After the purchase, there was some cash that they owed us but they kept changing their statement. Initially they agreed we can return cash less than 10k, then they came to 5k after which they said not even 3k. It would be good if the management and staff pull up their socks as if people can help pull you up, they are the ones who can pull you down too. Plus the prices are higher than the other gold stores down the lane plus a better variety. Buck up!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I must it's a big shop for jewellery lover. You ask they have it. The sales person is really helpful and understanding. They offer good hospitality. We spend around 4 hours but the staff asked for tea and cold drinks within every few hours. Bill counter was also quick. For Covid19 people are not following rules so please take care. Keep your mask and keep sanitizer with you.
