★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice cozy stay for a small family. It's a gated community with security 24 x 7. Power backup is not available. Calm and quite. 02 Nos Children's park available with roads that can be used for jogging and stuff

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Middle class urban dwelling flats. About 500 flats occupied. Each building has three floors. It has a recreational ground. The maintenance fees is a bit high. More or less every house recieve sunlight and the structure is well ventilated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pear will b good. The cultural society very ofenly many programs they conduct which is really appreciating. Water is fine. Located centrally in hitech city and very near to cyber tower which itself is a major landmark
-Government preserved the true tradition and culture of states.
-Painting is walls is a vision
-Many handicraft made by village people available.
-Good play area for kids
-Few eatery available
-Toilet facility is also there
-Huge space, lots of greenery ,park and garden area.
-small bird and rabbits preservation can be seen.
-Saree,bangles,Kurtis,toys,ceramic pots,toys ,accessories and lots more available
-Tip- Pls carry lots of water to get yourself hydrated
-Goggles is a must in day time for high sun rays
-Caps if posssible
-Put on comfy shoes for long walk

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shilpokanon Phase 3 near to Durgapur Public School and also BENGAL College..... The road was quiet and empty.... Communication infrastructure was not good . You have to reserve Auto or ToTo.... And public Bus was not frequent.... But inside the Complex, ambience was quite good & highly maintained.
