β β β β β This project is equipped with all the modern amenities with most open space within the apartment.The view is scenic & magnificent. Although the area is not so developed but is surrounded by nature.The project is just opposite to Skylark villas which will be the growth factor for the neighbourhood areas. Also many other apartments are coming up in the vicinity.The project is also located near to ITPL, Phoenix mall, Hoodi station and behind Prestige shantiniketan.

β β β β β Good location with convenience of access to key places. Hotel ambience is okay for a night's family stay. They offer long-term stay package as well. The restaurant is small, yet offers variety of foods for Breakfast.

β β β β β Society look fine from outside. But I did not like the design between two house, which I have mentioned to the person who showed us the flat. Overall it's ok ok.

β β β β β Stayed here as a tenant for two years. Amenities are good. There are lot of issues in the community. 1. There is no association formed till now and the owners of the community fight every month on deciding the maintenance amount. Usually we end up paying 400-500Rs extra. There is no fixed amount for maintenance. Owners end up fighting on deciding whether the maintenance should be collected on sq.ft or unit wise
2. There is no proper road facility. If we try to book a cab, Uber/OLA/auto drivers donβt accept it and they just cancel the ride.
3. There is a vacant plot next to SR community. Because of this snakes somehow enter into the community and itβs not safe for people having flats in ground floor (one of the main reasons for me to shift ). Once a nag snake was seen in Ground floor flat balcony and also in the play area.
4. There is water shortage once in a while and the motors end up in repair. There is no Cauvery water connection. For drinking water you have to get water cans.
5. No proper restaurant near to the community. Only a dosa shop opposite to SR and punjabi shop little far from SR.
6. Solar heater and the lifts always end up in repair and the repair costs will end up in maintenance.
7. There are some issue DG setup and OC certification also.
Think twice before moving to SR.

β β β β β I am in between buying a flat from here. Did a close inspection of documents. Building compound is not as per the master plan. Back side of the property is extended over the nullah reserved area. U may have to compromise your amenities in future. Other than that it is a good society.

β β β β β I visited this place the place recently. The apartment looks good from outside.
NO OC: They still don't have the OC certificate. I discussed with one of the person he was there from 7 years he told that they planning to go to court against builder for OC
The Passage between the apartment is very very small it smells while walking.
I'm not sure but the Garden is on place reserved for the nullaha behind the apartment.
Cancelled the plan to buy the apartment.
