If you are hiring them for fixed kilometres, don't pay the full amount in advance and clear all the things like your full itinerary and which route will you take beforehand. We got HR38AB0911 whose driver named Jitendra was very rude and clearly denied to go to certain places. For couple of places he dropped us 4-5 kms away and we had to take local taxi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked a Ertiga HR 38 AB0911 driver name Jitendra Sachdeva for 9 days which translates to 250*9= 2250 km but driver used to changes Trip. on regular basis just to confirm our allowed distance range
Also everytime we asked to go some place he denies saying road is damaged which is not , locals will not allowed other states vehicle and etc and drop us 20-30km before our Destination
and when we want to go to some place he says that this is not a part of your trip He asked for anything to consult with Travelers and when talking to traveler they says discuss with Driver and the loop goes on and you can never enjoy your Trip
Wakeup every morning have a messup with them and book another taxy to go somewhere
Also while returning he denied to drop each of us to our respective placed which are in 20 km radius
So don't book a taxy from them and if you are booking try to clear everything beforehand and never give money in advance or before the trip is over

We got HR38AB0911 whose driver named Jitendra was very rude and very manipulative.We booked for fixed km/days he changed trip km somehow although we didn’t complete required distance. He was just denying to go to the planned places and instead suggesting easy places for him or less travel destinations. If you’re booking just for days/km , don’t specify your routes or plan . ask them to mention their restrictions in destination state and make yourself free from his trap. Will suggest not to book with this traveller

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Enjoyed a lot with fluid service and responsive behavior. I will share my experience in two part.
Pros(positive vibes)
1. Driver dada is very efficient and smart.
2. Quality of car and service and overall behavior is very nice.
3. Rate is very authentic and during our return journey driver dada had done an amazing a job to take us safely to Delhi.
Cons (negative )
1. There is very less to describe, still i will first mention the lack of fog light in the car which seems to be very risky provided the sudden change in weather.
2. In a very few case driver dada tried to convince us something or tried manipulate according to his wish, but at the end of the day u need to be focus about your plan.
