1. A ND&PS ACT: Case FIR No 164/19 has been registered at PS Rampur on 22.11.19 U/S 21 ND & PS Act on the ruka of HC Pawan I/O PS Rampur, Shimla alleged therein that on 21.11.2019 he along with staff was on patrolling duty near forest office Pipti, then they intercepted a person namely Raj Kumar S/o Sh Ram Lal R/o Ward No-14, Housing Board Colony Firozpur, Punjab and recovered 22 gram Chitta/Heroin from his possession. The case is being investigating by SI Jia Lal I/O PS Rampur.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had been to Kufri View Point, Shimla recently. I am new to Shimla. There are so many people taking horse rides and meanwhile there are people who repeatedly keep on asking, "bhai horse ride le lo.. Walking nahi karna" Bunch of people keep on forcing me.
I was blank. I'm not sure about the distance and how much time they are going to take on horse ride.
So, I thought of asking Police who is standing at the starting point. I asked him, "Sir, What is the distance to the view point and where it is". Suddenly he changed his face expression and shouted "Kaha se aaya?" I replied "Bangalore". Now again shouted at me and said, "Hindi me bath karo. Chal". I just replied, Okay and moved on. I didn't visit View Point. I have not taken any horse ride or whatever.
Moral : To be honest, I don't know Hindi. When tourist visit your city/place, welcome them with nice gesture. Guide them with respect. Behave politely and be humble. You're in such a great position and force someone to communicate in Hindi or whatever language, rather than guiding and responding their queries in nice gesture. A police officer behaving in this manner was totally unexpected. I lost the travel/explore interest in your city.
Give respect. Take respect. Welcome everyone with a nice gesture rather than screaming and forcing out.
