The staff is friendly and helpful. The location (Prabhat centre) is also very convenient and auto drivers are familiar with the place. You can expect a crowd during office hours

Place was little crowded, however good thing is proper queue was maintained.
Do call them before visit to know the exact time and availability of resources. Not sure about sat but there were closed on Sunday.
