★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience with Shital photo studio is kind of mixed. They have various departments (sales, photography team, customer service to name a few I spoke to). The sales team was good at providing me with price attractive offers that fitted my needs. Their photography team was fab. My 11 month old was sleepy but they managed to keep him entertained, everyone was very attended to us very well and the raw images itself were all amazing- just based on this if I could give them five star I would.
However, once the shoot was done and payment was made I was redirected to customer service to get my raw images and finished edited digital images. The sales team had promised I would get the raw copies in 48 hours but it took them much longer and it took a lot of follow through on my part to get hold of the raw images. The edited images took even longer and once again required me to keep following up with them. The disconnect between the customer care team and photography/editing team was appalling! I wasn’t happy with the edited images either. I had opted for a digital only package (13 edited images) and for the price I paid (Rs. 13k) I didn’t find the editing to be worth it. I would give the post photoshoot service 0 stars if I could.
So to sum up I would average them out at 3 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked Shital photo for maternity shoot and it was amazing experience. The whole crew members were so supportive and they were ready to customise the package according to our needs. We had this photo shoot with whole family and everyone was so happy with the service and the results we received. The whole crew took extra efforts to guide us with new poses, places, and outfits as well. The outcome was also awesome. Overall fabulous experience and I would definitely recommend Shital photo studio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a new parent,there are lot many things that come in our mind for our babies. I decided for photoshoot for my son. I travelled all the way from Mira rd to Anderi via car. N i would say yes,the studio is great with cute setup. Staffs are geniune n cooperative as kids are fussy n cranky sometimes. They understand n dont force or limit on time. Very friendly environment. Only one thing i would suggest,is to improvise more with ideas n background. Thats it,thanks..!

I loved their work.. the studio is very clean and they have many many options to choose from.. the outfits were cute and set ups were beautiful.
They delivered the framed photos also on time.
