★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchase a cycle of 8500 Rs it's totally bad experience with shiv cycle at navyug market ghaziabad the quality is very poor the time of saleing shopkeeper saying me it's a good Brad and the quality also very good I trust his word of mouth but I think I did a mistake that time the shopkeeper suggest me Kross brand cycle it's a very bad brand of cycle

Prices are too high. After sales service is worst.
Note: Always get your cycle unpacked before payment. Mist of the frame, stickers are damaged products.
Avoid this shop.

He has good collection of cycles too, but the workers are not experienced.
They don't have good knowledge of bicycles, specially which are slightly costly.
I had to tell him the issue again and again, then he reluctantly did some hit and trial and finally resolved it.
You can buy, but be ready to have a bad after sale experience.
