★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor construction .leakage problem .society chairman and secretary not taking responsibility for building problems like cleaning and housekeeping. Leakage issues in balcony and kitchen area causing fungus across all the flats in the building but the broker/secretary Jashnani won't tell you about it while giving you the flat. Haven't solved the problem for last one and half years. Rethink 10times before getting a flat in this building.
