★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best place to come and stay. My friend i having a flat at 6th floor and the view is awesome . Love the place ..its like far form city dust . Heaven felling. Love the place . Lots of facility like gym, store, fresh and organic vegetables, road is not done yet but love to travel.In the night its look like starts come on earth to enlight the beauty of earth. Love the place mostly in night. Plans go like we can tuch the it. It feels soo relaxing.

'SHIV ELITE’ apartments is a luxurious project constructed by one of the renowned developers namely Om Shivam Buildcon Pvt. Ltd and is being offered in Wardha Road, Nagpur.
It has a total of 4 phases with around 27 plus buildings comprising of 2 & 3 bedroom hall kitchen Flats.

The township has Mandir also with all members doing Pooja there also during every festival, the members are enjoying every festival irrespective of caste and religion...
Thats the great achievement of the 350 residents of Shiv-Elite.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall good built society but a bit far from city, inconvenience for people without their personal vehicle. Also, apartments are not very spacious otherwise if you have your own vehicle it's quite good with all the facility & there is no maintenance charge at all

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice township. Currently a bit away from the city. Liked their amenities like Club House and Swimming pool etc but the Flats are small in size as per the pricing with a second tier construction quality.
So summary is, good outdoors, with average indoor.
