★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This building is constructed some 30 years back. It is under reconstruction but it is known that some members are refusing it coz they are having flats at GF and are having advantages of the same.
To deal with this society Appartments, please be sure that you are not fooled by any one. Please be cautious....
Just by reviving my review will not serve the purpose... But the scheme is taken for reconstruction and investment in this scheme now at this stage may cause you monitory loss...
Please get updated from the society office of Pande Layout, whether they have registered this society for reconstruction. There are many more projects going on in Pande Layout for reconstruction but the purchaser should know the rules and regulations of Khamla plot holders Society, to avoid further issues which generally arise after 5 years of purchasing the flat and by that time builder is freed from all the liabilities and individual flat owner has to face the consequences with money loss...
Just be cautious while booking an apartment in Pande Layout. Get the detailed information from Khamla plot holders housing Society... This is the society for plot holder's basically, now divided by the builders by saying un divided share of flat owner. Even if it is accepted, how many flat owner are registered with the main society to have the required concessions....
Maximum Society's are not registered and if any society flat scheme is not registered legally, then the flat owners can't have benefit of social community.
Requesting all the investors to go for details of the scheme, and I am sure you will be surprised one by one in the years to come that you missed this or that..
Please be alert while booking any flat under reconstruction and please read the guidelines and rules thoroughly before booking...
