Recently shifted from hyderabad and wanted to buy a house in one of the prime locations in pune which is close to malls schools and thus came in touch with shiv reality. I have to really say they are a group of professionals that made my buying experience so smooth without any tussels. As i was new to this city they also helped me finalize the place which suited to all my needs. They are a bunch of thorough professionals who work hard to make customers feel at ease....i bought a house in magarpatta and i am very happy as this is the perfect place i wanted for my self. They also went ahead and helped me do the interiors as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called them atleast 20 times in 4 days. Only one call picked. No one bothers to shlw you a house or even send details. Worst real estate agency ever!
Editing and updating the review because you replied.
I contacted your team member Sharad after seeing a listing on Magicbricks for Konark Campus. He promised me to send details of other flats in the same area. As the one I saw was not available.
Today he texts me back that he had no flats available and he just let me hanging. He could have just said he didnt have any at the moment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shiv realty has been managing my property for over a year now. Their team is very professional and prompt. They provide very good service for people like us who live abroad / expats who cant be physically around to manage their own properties. Their turn around time is very good and they address to all queries with clarity. I tried many others who provide similar services but my search ended here! I wish there were other companies who had same level of professionalism.
