★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a pure veg restaurant.This is a pocket friendly place. The service has always been pleasing. The food is as expected. There is a small outside seating available as well as AC area for those who require it.
I have been visiting this place since years and not once have i been disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If there was a negative rating system then I would have given that. I would like to mention some reasons to not go to this hotel.
1. The noodles in this hotel are very expensive which is not appropriate to the given quality. They give noodles without chopping the vegetables properly and the staff is also rude. They don't pay attention to customers ( especially young boys ) as if we are eating everything for free.
2. No hygiene is maintained in this hotel as the plates are very very dirty and I found a mosquito in my glass. After that, I decided never to visit this hotel.
3. If you just order noodles and pav bhaji then the bill amount will go up to rs.2000. They sell very expensive dishes despite the cheap quality. I would suggest to everyone that, please don't visit this hotel because it is very unhygienic, expensive, rude staff, less quantity. Instead, go to hotels which give quality at appropriate rates.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delicious and tasty food served with smile. We ordered South Indian Cuisine and a few staters overall value for money. Although dining for two people is a bit expensive compared to other hotels in the vicinity. Good ambience but a bit cluttered in the AC section. The hotel is very conveniently located off the service road.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shiv Samrat is one of the famous veg delicacy places in Thane since a long time now! Their Pav Bhaji and south indian food is very famous! We had been here to grab quick desserts and happened to hog on their Gulab Jamun. It was really good! Juicy and soft. Loved it. Definitely gonna visit here again to try many more dishes.
