★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sooooo bad i have just been gone to shimla manali and it's service is so bad and tere were 15 people's group came from ahemdabad they were also so bad and shelfish tour manager sanjay bhai was not knowing how to mange all things thing and that 15 people group was 24 hours drunk in that 15 perosns group thair were 4 families all were drinking alcohol and some times manager also drink with them and hotel of shimla hotel of chamundaji very bad and dirty at shimla hotel when we opend our room there were 3-4 cockroaches and in hotel water heater was also they were turnig on in shimla

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Services sucks everywhere........ We are at nainital, corbett, mussoorie and haridwar..... Hotel accommodation is less than average........ They only provide food and shelter ...... Rest is on us...... No matter what they say.......... Dont expect much from them........still so many complains

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ worst class services provided during tour of rajasthan.. at SAM desert worst tent provided , no proper lavatory, no continues water, hot water only 1-2 hour, chip quality and only 2 item in breakfast nothing for kids, bathroom has no door stopper, third class service and third class tent MEHAR ADVENTURE CAMP at SAM desert, never stay there , worst food , worst service , worst amenities, visited on Dt.5. 11.2021
