★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent place to live. Township is well surrounded by SS Infinitus boundary walls from three sides which provide added security in addition to the boundary wall of Shiv Vatika itself. Swimming pool and recreational areas have not been developed yet, but hoping that combined efforts will lead to the execution of same.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Family friendly colony . I lived here for around 2 months. I had a nice experience except one prob that is water problem which you will have to face in summer . Other then it's Good for Normal living if you have personal transport . Yes personal transport because this colony is 4.5 km from Vijay Nagar circles . For your all daily needs you will have to go to Vijay Nagar area . Here you can get rental flats of 2 BHK in around 9000-10000. One good this decathlon is very near to this colony ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love the place. It's still a bit interior however soon we should have the roads properly made. The society is clear airy houses, with cctv surveillance system and security system.
