I purchased bajaj avenger 150 street from here and also getting it serviced regularly here,
The staff is good, waiting time is very much on peak hours or on Sundays , so better is to come early enough.
The servicing is promising , they also clear any problem if remains even after 2-3 days of servicing.

β β β β β On every service i registered complaints for my front disc break that tail lamp remains ON either breaks applied or not on 18th Oct 2020 they replaced the machine of disk break after that same problem i am facing and after that on every service they hadn't resolved my problem approx 5-6 time complaint i already complaint to them no resolution i got.

Who is the financier of your company, he does not have any idea how to talk to the customer, ask for a finance quotation from him, then write 2 words in it, the downpayment is 40000, and the installment of 24 months is nothing, how much ROI is there, how much is the file charged in it? But even he is not telling. And give the sales person some knowloge so that he can satisfy the customer well. When I asked about the bike, the head told the bike rate directly and took it to the financier. Finally mr. Sartaj ji from HDFC Bank. explained me very well.so my experience not be good . Thank you.

β β β β β Very good location and infrastructure. Good behaviour. Lot of collection of of mother cycles. Almost all spares available. Trained staff. Mechanics are doing their duties well. Charges are reasonable. They are not changing extra.
I am using bajaj two wheelers for many decades. And good experience of almost all two wheelers of Bajaj and it's show rooms and service stations . But above-mentioned showroom and service station is superb.
I wish them good luck.

β β β β β I own Bajaj Avenger 220 Cruise and I am a hardcore follower of Bajaj throughout my life. I live in Greater Noida and because of few recommendations I decided to travel all the way to Shiva Bajaj in Ghaziabad instead of Suman Bajaj in Greater Noida which is next to my house.
I had a wonderful experience at Shiva Bajaj. All was because of Mr. Jai who is the manager there and overall a very nice and polite guy. He is very helpful and made me feel comfortable and satisfied that I was at the right place.
When I entered I met Mr. Sharma who made my job card and listened to me very patiently about all my doubts regarding my bike Avenger 220 Cruise. He even checked for the coupons if I had any on my account so that I do not have to pay extra penny.
Then I met Miss. Rakhi who helped me to keep my things safe and showed me the way to Lounge and assisted me with other amenities.
My bike was given to Mr. Dheeraj for service and I must say he is a gem of a service person. He is so well trained and patient that he had solution for everything. Even though he had everything written in the job card he solved all my major and minor problems regarding my bike.
In the end I would say that the management of Mr. Jai is very well organised and I was fully satisfied in the end because of him and his team, especially Mr. Dheeraj who serviced my bike.
