★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever I have seen. I have booked my bike with Rs. 2100 cost helmet to transport from Thane to Nagpur on 22nd August that was a door to door service. They have promised it will be delivered within 4-5 days. From 26th August I was following up with them for my bike and they were saying it will be delivered today, tomorrow like this. They have shipped my bike on 28 August from Thane that too with a third party vendor and told us on 30 August morning that it reached in the warehouse and insisted us to go and take the bike. After going to the location there were no warehouse, we were waiting the whole day for the bike then evening they called in a different place after which we got the bike at 8 am. My bike was totally broken. Handle tilted, tail light completely broken, headlight broken, indicator broken, lots of scratches in my bike. Please don't deal with this seller they are fraud. They don't have anything. They just cheat the people. Now even they are not receiving the call and they say this is US based company and we provide the best service.
I have shared my bike broken images. Please check that.
Till now I didn't receive any response from you guys from Sunday and even you have blocked my number, after this review still you are calling and telling me that you will claim the insurance and that also after I remove my reviews. I can't wait till the insurance get settled. Already informed you I have to go 300 kms from here, still because of you I have to waste my time.
And the delay is also not 2 days, you were telling me from Thursday it will reach and I have got it on Sunday that too in a different warehouse where I have to wait the whole day.
After so many days at last they have not given the helmet or not even the cost of the helmet. Nor they wants to speak for that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got my bike and suitcase transported from Chennai to Ranchi. Vehicle was very well packaged with no damage to belonging. Bike was so well packaged, it took 2 grownup 10 minutes to unwrap the bike, using knife and scissors. Hassle free and quick delivery. Delivery was done 4-5 days sooner than promised. Good customer engagement by Mr. Lokesh from vendor side. Fully satisfied.

After I agreed with them, I discovered that they had made an agreement with another company to transport my cargo "SpotOn company" , and they took double the amount that the shipping company required.
Plus lying when agreeing on a price, They told me the price is based on weight and after shipping is pickup they told me the price is based on volume.
So I advise everyone to deal with the shipping company directly "SpotOn or any company" and there is no need for an agent

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm Adel Tatish, I shipped via this fraudulent office from Gandhinagar to Visakhapatnam.
Do not respond to my comment as you respond to other comments "As per our records you never shipped with us ...". This trick is out!
This is not a shipping company, this is a (third party) agent office.
They charge 100% extra as an agent's office even though they don't provide any service.
The shipment cost me 2,565 rupees for 57 kg. It was sent via SpotOn while when I tried to book directly from the courier website (SpotOn) they asked me only 1,311 rupees for the shipment. This means that this scammed office charged 100% extra without providing any service in return.
Therefore, I advise you to deal with the shipping company directly
