I won't suggest buying cars here. Recently I have bought the new Creta 2020 model here and my overall experience was not very impressive. The car is really good however the after-sales experience is pathetic. Once the sale is done, the sales executive do not respond to your calls, Behavior of the Branch Manager (Ritesh Singh) does not seem to be professional at all. Basically, you may end up buying a costly car without proper service in place. In my case, it's about to complete 2 months, and still, I have not received the car RC, the commitment is done by Mr. Pawan Singh (sales executive) are still not fulfilled, I would prefer to say he gives false promises to the customers just to sell cars. Shiva Hyundai does not have the spare parts or accessories available with them, they are totally dependent on the Azamgarh branch. They will keep on giving you new dates if you have placed orders for a part. I placed an order for a very common part and got it after 2 months after multiple calls and reminders. I am here to spread awareness because you may regret your decision of buying a car from Shiva Hyundai. Positive reviews are written by their staff members, who are working there. If you are a customer and reading my comments, please make the correct decision, perhaps after spending your hard-earned money, you won't get enough happiness. Only free services where they wash cars and oil change is done here, still for the majority of work you will have to go to the actual showroom, so just to save the initial 1000 rupees it's not logical to buy a car from this place. Very poor service..not deliver your car on right time .. always postpone the delivery date... dealer not provide all accessories on time...I bought a Car they deliver 10 day later from delivery date..and 2 month completed but Iam still not able to get all accessories like seat cover and body cover of my car...they exchange all accessories from one car to another car like u buy aura car and u get i10 nios footmat?.

Hyundai should take some action against these people they are spoiling the image of the brand...Spare Parts are barely available and they mostly use local parts, Staff behaviour is unwelcome...It is convenient nearby but they do not have much space and they have a long waiting period for servicing, they do not sell part if you don't do servicing from them.....And Lastly they are too good when you go to buy a Car from their showroom but its opposite once you took the car... I prefer going to Varanasi rather Krishna Hyundai is far better than them...
